A Study: Assessment on the quality status of the training practice for student in general practitioner at medicine and pharmacy institutions
Health Strategy and Policy Institute has commissioned a study: “Assessment on the quality status of the training practice for student in general practitioner at medicine and pharmacy institutions. in 2013”. This scientific research is one of the most tasks which will be prioritized implementation in 2014 by Ministry of Health’s leader. This theme contribute to provide evidence for policy adjustments and improve the quality status of training practice for student in general practitioner, which aims to specific objectives through the following activities:
1. Describe the status of the actual training practice for student in general practitioner at medicine and pharmacy institutions.
2. Analysis number of factors that affected the quality of practical training for students in general practitioner at at medicine and pharmacy education institutions
The study was conducted in five medical colleges across the country. The college included: Thai Nguyen University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hanoi Medical University, Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Ho Chi Minh University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Can tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy. The focus group: college leaders and Faculty’s leader, the practice hospital’s leadership, lecturers and students.
Study Group Activity will be finished activities by the end of May in 2014 and reported for Ministry of Health’s leader. This document will provide evidences to contribute the adjustment policies for the training practice system of the student in general practitioners as well as enhance the quality of training for labor in this health industry training.
