Acceptance report research subjects: “Assessment of organizational situation, manpower backup networks and treatment of endocrine diseases”
On 27/4/2015, the Health Strategy and Policy Institute conducting test the project “Assessment of organizational situation, manpower backup networks and treatment of endocrine diseases”. This is the grassroots theses by the Ministry of Health directing Health Strategy and Policy Institute in collaboration with the Hospital of Endocrinology to implementing the research.
Research has selected three criteria province that have model of treatment and prevention of various endocrine diseases as Thanh Hoa, Quang Binh and Long An be implemented in time from 8/2013 to 12/2014.
The Acceptance Council appreciate the research results, research has helped the Ministry of Health, mentoring unit leading of prevention and treatment endocrinology national level with the overall reality of network redundancy, treatment Endocrinology from the central to provincial, county/district and commune health of activities in the work of detection, prevention and treatment of diseases Endocrinology with people. The study also pointed out some difficulties and shortcomings in the operation of networks for prevention and treatment of Endocrinology. Research has recommended to the Ministry of Health some solutions business model, investment in human resources training to help care for of endocrine diseases in a more effective way.
Concluding the report, 100% member of the Council has unanimously approved the results of the research report. The Council also recommended to follow up with further research, more specific to medical care for residents having endocrine diseases nationally to achieve the highest results.
