Department of Health and Human Resources
1. Functions
- Providing evidences on organizational management, labor management, quality management, human resources management and employer policies.
- Providing evaluations, assessments, consultations on the policies and strategies related to organizational management, labor management, quality management, human resources management and employer policies.
2. Tasks
- Updating information on organizational management in healthcare, human resources in domestic and foreign countries.
- Evaluating the implementation of policies related to the organizational management, labor management, quality management, human resources management and development( public and private); employer policies.
- Providing evaluations, assessments, consultations on the policies and strategies related to the organizational management, labor management, quality management, human resources management and development( public and private).
- Carrying scientific research training related to the organizational management, labor management, quality management, human resources management and development.
- Organizing and participating in undergraduate, postgraduate training on areas related to Health and Human Resources.
- Collaborating with different departments and institutions in developing medical service network.
- Performing other duties as assigned by Health Strategy and Policy Institute.
