Training course “Policy Implementation”
Health Strategy and Policy Institute organize training workshop “Policy Implementation” on November 28- 29 2012 at the Institute. The training course was facilitated by Associate Professor, Dr Shelley Bowen from Victoria’s Department of Health, Australia
Objectives of the course are:
• To overview progress in policy design (four policies): policy logics and frameworks, highlighting issues for implementation design
• To introduce policy implementation theory and frameworks
• To develop and apply a policy implementation framework, applying systems thinking, to current health policy opportunities in Vietnam
